- HSBC Asset Management (India) Private Limited: As investment manager to HSBC Mutual Fund, this entity provides a flexible product range to individual and institutional investors including fixed income/pension mandates for large institutional clients
- Global Service Centre (GSC) India: With hubs in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Gurugram, Chennai, Pune and Kolkata, GSC India supports HSBC’s global businesses through delivery across enterprise platforms, analytics and AI, risk and controls, and finance and trade operations. GSC India is HSBC’s AI-powered Global Capability and Transformation hub, driving scalable and repeatable capabilities that accelerate innovation and business value
- HSBC Securities and Capital Markets (India) Private Limited: This entity services Investment Banking (IB), Infrastructure and Real Estate, Equities research and stockbroking. The IB business includes mergers and acquisition advisory services and equities capital markets. Infrastructure and Real Estate Group services are provided to governments, large corporates and top-tier banks. Equities research and stockbroking primarily cater to the institutional client base which includes foreign institutional investors, foreign portfolio investors, local institutions, mutual funds, insurance companies, and select high net worth and corporate clients
- HSBC Technology India (HTI): Established in 2002, HSBC Technology India is a core part of HSBC’s global Technology function. Its in-house capability centres in Pune, Hyderabad and Bengaluru play a critical role in delivering technology solutions that support HSBC’s businesses worldwide. It leverages automation, artificial intelligence, data engineering, machine learning, biometrics and cloud computing to create banking experiences that are simpler, safer and smarter. By combining innovation with scale, it enhances customer journeys and delivers data-driven solutions that enable HSBC’s global businesses and connect millions of customers to financial opportunities
- HSBC Professional Services (India) Private Limited (HPSI): This entity provides internal audit services to global businesses and global functions across the HSBC Group and is also involved in regional audit work in Asia-Pacific
- HSBC InvestDirect: HSBC InvestDirect (India) Limited (HIDL) offers lending to high net-worth individuals and corporate customers through its subsidiary HSBC InvestDirect Financial Services (India) Limited (HIFSL)
- Canara HSBC Life Insurance Company Limited: This is a joint venture between Canara Bank and HSBC Insurance (Asia Pacific) Holdings Limited.
